Partnerships

We are proud to work alongside some incredible organisations who help us to fulfil our aims of advancing the arts, and particularly the power of poetry! Wether it's building the confidence of a new generation of actors, financially supporting retired actors, or inspiring school children with poetry - we couldn't do any of it without our partners!

David Ross Education Trust

The David Ross Education Trust (DRET) is a multi-academy trust committed to delivering a world-class education that nurtures confidence, open-mindedness, and creative thinking. In partnership with the Josephine Hart Poetry Foundation, DRET hosts a series of poetry performance workshops in schools across the Midlands, culminating in a finalists’ showcase at the Nevill Holt Festival.

Royal Academy of Dramatic Art

The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) includes a dedicated poetry week within its curriculum, during which students are taught to perform poetry under the guidance of RADA alumni.  We support an annual poetry workshop with current RADA students. Each year, the foundation also funds a full scholarship for a deserving student to study at RADA.

The King George V Fund for Actors

The King George V Fund for Actors and Actresses was established to support those who have made a significant contribution to the profession but, for various reasons, are no longer able to continue performing or earning a living through acting. The trust offers financial assistance to long standing actors.  We make a generous annual donation in support of the fund’s mission.

Take a look at some behind the scenes footage of our recent children's poetry reading at Nevill Holt Festival - in partnership with DRET.

The Josephine Hart Poetry Foundation is more than a tribute; it’s a movement—a celebration of the enduring magic and meaning of poetry and performance.
