Opening remarks in tribute to our late founder, novelist, poetry advocate, and former Chair of ‘The Ireland Funds’, Josephine Hart, from former Irish Ambassador to London, Bobby McDonagh. Eminent historian, and Yeats biographer, Roy Foster, reads Josephine Hart’s introductory essays to WB Yeats’ life, and her chosen poems. Readings by the late Nobel Prize-winning poet Seamus Heaney, novelist Edna O’Brien, and actor Fiona Shaw.
