Nicole Ansari-Cox

Nicole Ansari Cox is an Actor-vist. She is a tri-lingual, internationally working actor, director, writer, and producer of TV, film, and theatre, and uses her platform to raise awareness for climate change and human rights abuses.

Awards: Best Director for the web series ‘Messy’ at the British Web Awards and the Socially Relevant Film Festival; AFI Best Ensemble for the civil rights movie ‘Son of the South’; the Vanya Exerjian Award for empowering women, and she was awarded “Person of the Year” by My New York Magazine for raising awareness for the ‘Woman, Life, Freedom’ movement.

Nicole was most recently seen in ‘The Score’ at Theatre Royal Bath, directed by Trevor Nunn, and in the feature film ‘What a Feeling’, which premiered at the BFI Flare Festival. She also wrapped the movie ‘Under the Stars’ in Italy. She is currently executive producing the feature ‘Glenrothan’, directed by her husband, Brian Cox.
